Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of sustainability metrics, circular economy principles, and ethical sourcing, enabling them to make informed decisions. They’ll develop practical skills in sustainability reporting, marketing, and finance, exemplified by analyzing real-life cases like Too Good To Go’s food waste reduction and Oatly’s sustainable branding and be able to apply these insights to develop innovative, eco-friendly products and implement sustainable practices in their food businesses.
