They’ll develop practical skills in sustainability reporting, marketing, and finance, exemplified by analyzing real-life cases like Too Good To Go’s food waste reduction and Oatly’s sustainable branding and be able to apply these insights to develop innovative, eco-friendly products and implement sustainable practices in their food businesses.
