Consortium

The partnership arose from the expertise of professionals within the partner organizations. The consortium  encompasses three areas of expertise: specialized content development led by Warsaw School of Life Science, DISTAL-Unibo, and Escola Superior de Biotecnologia; entrepreneurial training in the agro-food sector by Food Hub and EUFIC; and exploitation/dissemination leveraging FoodHub’s communication expertise and EUFIC’s network. These partners will effectively deliver project results to students and professors, maximizing educational impact and integration into university courses.

Warsaw University of Life Sciences is the oldest agricultural and natural science university in Poland, offering 39 fields of study. The Faculty of Food Technology provides bachelor, master, doctoral studies. Research carried out at the Department centres on a combination of emerging technologies with well-known food processing techniques to enhance both their course, kinetics and quality of the final product to fulfil the requirements of producers, consumers and reduce their environmental load.
