Students will gain knowledge about the process of New Product Development. Students will be able to plan the development of a new products considering all steps required and aspects to consider.

What Will You Learn?

  • The aim of the course is to increase the knowledge of the process of New Product Development (NPD). In the course a definition of new products will be given, and the different steps of the process will be explored.
  • Various important aspects, such as consumer involvement, scale up and feasibility will be addressed. Strategies for improving the success of new products will be considered.
