About Course

Knowledge and skills
Participants will get familiar with Design Thinking principles and methodologies, with insights into its applications for the development of innovative food businesses. They will develop practical skills in creating actionable problem statements, brainstorming creative solutions, prototyping and testing, and integrating feedback into the design process, all of which will empower them to address real-world challenges with a user-centered and innovative approach.
