Knowledge and skills
Participants will gain general knowledge about acetic acid bacteria and their use in obtaining bacterial cellulose, become familiar with the chemical structure and basic properties of this biopolymer, and will be able to indicate the applications of bacterial cellulose in industry and medicine, giving specific examples.
