Knowledge and skills
The course provides an overview of the concept of sustainability in food packaging. Participants will learn about the protective functions of packaging in preserving food during its shelf life and examine the importance of packaging in reducing food loss and waste. Participants will develop analytical skills to evaluate and design innovative and sustainable food packaging solutions.
