Knowledge and skills

Students will gain knowledge about use of different novel food ingredients.
Students will be able to evaluate possible use of novel ingredients for design of food products.

What Will You Learn?

  • The aim of the course is to familiar with the food compositions (carbohydrates; proteins; lipids; vitamins, minerals) and in this aspects the novel ingredients which can be used in food applications.
