What Will You Learn?

  • The aim of the course is to present the current trends in the food industry, and provide participants with basic abilities to recognize and identify them on the market. Moreover, the basic information about the sustainability concept will be delivered. During the course the challenges related to sustainable progress of food technology will be presented and discussed.
